Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

At Modern Health Solutions, we strive to provide exceptional care to all our patients. To ensure availability for everyone, we require advance notice for appointment cancellations. 

Cancellation Window: 
- Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Fees: 
- A $30 fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file for: 
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. 
- No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice).

Exceptions: 
- Fees may be waived for documented emergencies (e.g., hospitalizations, accidents). Please notify us as soon as possible. 

Card on File: 
- By booking an appointment, you authorize Modern Health Solutions to charge the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows. Ensure your card information is up-to-date.
